LADY ON THE MOON

I just got back from a beautiful night in Ojai with the boy and some friends. We went to Ventura to see Broken Social Scene and then spent the night at my family's home. It is my favorite time of year in Ojai. The orange blossoms are in bloom and the whole town smells intoxicating. It is so important to get out of LA every so often, even if it's just for a night. I always return feeling sightly more clear headed and happy to return to my sweet little house.

Aren't these photos lovely? I adore them. I have always had a thing for the 1920's. My sister told me they reminded her of me. I think they look quite like Rose Byrne.
