SWEET STYLE. RUE + GAP

Last month I was asked by Rue Magazine to participate in their Gap Styld.by campaign. I know, such a dream come true! I got to pick a few items from Gap's summer collection to mix with some of my own. I chose a classic v-neck and bright wedges which helped me get that "sweet with an edge" look, I'm always trying to implement in my own style. You can see my shoot along with three other amazing bloggers in the latest issue of Rue {starting on page 30}.
Here's a little behind the scenes video of our photo shoot by Modshift...

I want to give an enormous thank you to Rue Magazine and Gap for including me in this campaign! I can't tell you how much fun I had. To see more styles make sure to check out styld.by

SMILEBOOTH

The Smilebooth photos from the Rue Magazine and Dwell Studio party are in, and wow there are some hilarious photos in there. Anne Sage and I were outfit twins, both wearing midi skirts and button downs and Bri Emery and I were practically wearing the same shirt. Great minds right?! One thing is clear, Tessia and I were having fun because we look pretty darn silly in most of them {hello last photo}...

RUE MAGAZINE. GET THE LOOK

Rue Magazine issue 4 came out last week and it is simply gorgeous. It just keeps getting better! I am completely in love with Noa from Featherlove's San Diego home {pgs. 142-165}. It is bohemian and cozy and I thought it would make the perfect "get the look." It was shot by Braedon Flynn who I got to meet at the Rue party this past Wednesday along with some of my favorite Rue ladies. Now I'm anxiously awaiting our smilebooth pics...

On this edition of "get the look," I am featuring some of my favorite rooms from artist and blogger Nicole Cohen's stylish Manhattan apartment. RUE MAGAZINE. GET THE LOOK

The sophomore issue of Rue Magazine is out and it's got me totally inspired. So many beautiful interiors, awesome photos and graphics. Looking through lingerie designer Jessie Zinke's New York apartment, I was drawn to some of her pieces {hmm looks familiar}. She's a girl after my own heart. Do you want the look? Check out where you can get it below...

RUE MAGAZINE. GET THE LOOK

Have you checked out the premiere issue of Rue Magazine yet? It has already become one of my favorite new online mags. The magazine is chock full of home inspirations and beautiful photographs, but I kept going back to blogger Victoria Smith's San Francisco bungalow. I have not loved a home quite this much in a while. She has done exactly what I try to do in my own home, combine vintage and modern with a little bohemian flair...
