 I'm not usually a dangly earring type. I much prefer the simplicity of my Lena Wald pyramid studs that I've worn every day for 7 years. However, for a special occasion, like the wedding I'm a bridesmaid in coming up, with it's old Hollywood vibe; these are just what I'm looking for. Also the price is just so good.  Loving the clean, almost architectural lines of these Steven Alan bags. I only have about three bags in my collection and they are all vintage. These days purses tend to be too ornate for my taste and I will always be a fan of simplicity. 

 How are you my friends? I'm sorry about the radio silence around here. I've been traveling and shooting like crazy lately. I have one more trip coming up to New York City and Martha's Vineyard for a wedding. After that things should slow down a little and I can get back to regular scheduled blogging. This has been quite a summer. I can hardly believe it's almost over.

How can it be Monday already? This weekend was so full, it just flew by. Friday's 90s dance party was ridiculously fun. There may have even been a dance off or two. Saturday I spent walking around my neighborhood, stoping by the farmer's market and finishing up photo editing. Sunday I walked the reservoir, did more photo editing and ended the night with wine and friends. It was pretty perfect if you ask me. What did you end up doing?

How was your Mother's Day weekend my dears? Mine was absolutely lovely. For the first time in a while I took Saturday off and just enjoyed myself. It was one of those impromptu days with friends that turned in to an evening that turned into a night. A very late night, filled with laughter and delicious food. It was exactly what I needed. I didn't get to see my momma, but I'm hoping I get to in the next week. What about you, how did you celebrate?

Well, I had such a fun time in Santa Barbara for my friend's bachelorette. Getting out of LA for even one night was such a treat. On my way out of town I stopped at SQIRL with G&B to grab a coffee for the road, and lucky me I ran in to the lovely Anne Sage. How was your weekend my dears? Mine was spent with friends, working and scouring craigslist for pieces for my new place. Since I've been coming across all kinds of sweet things, I decided to create a pinterest board of my favorite craigslist finds in the LA area.
