SWEET. SWEETER. SWEETEST.

Sweet, Sweeter & Sweetest: Jason Wu for Target {in stores Feb 5th}

Next Sunday Jason Wu's collection for Target hit's stores and believe it or not, nothing is over $59.99. There are so many pieces I've been eyeing and can't wait to see in person. I just hope it doesn't sell out in seconds like some of the past collections. Are you planning to be there bright and early on sunday?

SWEET STYLE. BLACK AND GOLD

Since my photographer/boyfriend is still in NYC, I haven't done any style shoots of late. Then I remembered I have an extremely talented photographer for a father. Lucky me! While assisting him on a photoshoot yesterday in Venice, I asked him to snap a few shots of my outfit. It was chilly and gray in Venice, very fall like weather, so I wore a hat and my new Dolce Vita for Target boots...
wearing:
hat from coin in italy
feather necklace made by my sister
ring From bhavantu in ojai

Thanks Dad!

NEW TARGET ADDITIONS

Hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend! I had such a fantastic birthday!!! Dinner at Palate, drinks at Cole's, homemade cake...it was perfect. I ended up pulling out one of my favorite new purchases to wear to my friend's BBQ yesterday and I knew I had to share. It's one of my four recent Target obsessions. Gilt has something to do with that I must admit, since I purchased three of those Target items through Guilt before they hit stores. Here is what I bought...

My love of feathers continues (with birthday flowers and tea light candle holders from Crate and Barrel)
(with a Nell's Compass Candle and my mom's old Seventeen covers)
Tucker for Target Butterfly Printed Tank $22.99 (hits stores Sep. 12th) Looks amazing tucked in to a pair of high waisted pants
OK the gold buckles are very gold, but the boot is made extremely well for the price and I'm hoping they fade with wear. Other than that they are pretty freaking rad. I also recommend the lace up boot after seeing them in person, very classic.
Hmm, I think I made some good choices considering the John Derian trays are both sold out already. Ebay it is I guess. Make sure to look for Tucker for Target Sunday the 12th in stores and online and Dolce Vita for Target already in stores.

JOHN DERIAN FOR TARGET

John Derian is one of my favorite designers of furniture and accessories for the home. His pieces are inspired by antiques and far off places and fit right in with my aesthetic.
He has once again collaborated with Target to design a more affordable line of home accessories all under $25. This collection hits stores on September 5th and I think I want one of everything (Let's just hope this doesn't turn in to another Cynthia Vincent/Target disaster)...

Trays:$1.99-$16.99

Notebooks:$2.50-4.99, Storage Book:$7.99

Coasters:$12.99 for set of 4, Picture Frames:$9.99

Mugs:$4.99 each, Appetizer Plates:$1.99 each

CYNTHIA VINCENT & EUGENIA KIM FOR TARGET

I have been a fan of Cynthia Vincent clothing a shoes for a long time. I have an embarrassing amount of 12th St by Cynthia Vincent items in my closet. I really respond to her bohemian, vintage, aesthetic. Rejoice, because she has designed a less expensive shoe line for Target that hits stores April 18th!

On the left is the Target Version only $29.99. The wedges on the right is from her more expensive line sold at Shopbop for $405. I love that her Target line is just less expensive versions of her real line.

The flats on the left are for Target. Can't seem to find a price, but I believe they are in the $20 range because nothing is above $29.99. Cute! I will take those thank you! The flats on the right will run you $195.

On the left are for Target $29.99. The ones on the right are from Shopbop for $350.

On the very same day April 18th Eugenia Kim's line for Target drops. I was in love the first moment I saw a Eugenia Kim hat. There is no one designing hats quite like her. I lust after every last one. Here is a preview of her line for Target. Loving the Havana inspiration! Prices range from $14.99-19.99
